This will cancel your E-contract with Enviroclean. You must agree to our terms and conditions located on this form before cancellation can occur and that you have the authority to terminate this contract and that your details you enter here must much or closely match the details we have on file. We will stop cleaning the bin within 24 hours of this form regardless if the details do not match pending investigation should this arise. You must receive a minimum of 6 cleans per bin to cancel this contract.

We will remove your payment data, you do not need to do so however should you choose to, you must await for any pending transactions to clear before terminating payment methods. Inbox and sent message history along with contact information is kept in the unlikely invent of dispute. You will not be contacted or promoted to. A copy of this cancellation form is sent to you.
