This service is split in two, you can either opt for a "full service " or a " half service.

THIS SERVICE CAN BE DONE ON A ONE OFF BASIS OR ON A REGULAR BASIS.

How does it work?

• First, decide if you would like a full or half service, we will then pick either to Foam clean or Ubik clean, both are very similar but used for different style of properties.

• Secondly, we either foam or Ubik the entire surfaces to be cleaned by our petrol engine driven system for foam or via a diaphragm pump unit for Ubik. Both create a long lasting result.

• We then agitate the surfaces with a telescopic brush.

• Finally, we rinse the entire surface to remove both the foam and dirt with ultra pure water, also known as " spotless water".​

• This removes the need to have a monthly window clean.

• You can have a repeat clean at a 50% discount if you choose to within 4 months

HALF SERVICE COST: £49.50, price includes VAT. This service focuses on windows glass, sills, frames and doors. You will be offered again in 4 months time to see if you would like another maintenance clean at 50% discount! (£24.75) Just 3 visits per year can have your house looking perfect all year round.

FULL SERVICE COST: £99, price includes VAT.  This service cleans fascias, soffits, downpipes, undergutter, vents, window and sills. You will be offered again in 4 months time to see if you would like another maintenance clean at 50% discount! (£49.50) Just 3 visits per year can have your house looking perfect all year round.

unlike bin cleaning which is exposed to dirt and grime constantly and harbour harmful bacteria, we find that windows do not need to be cleaned monthly with these fantastic results using our unique system.​

We require pictures to quote, our staff come with 7ft step ladders to provide better accessibility however if there is poor access due to extensions or conservatories, they may not be able to get at every window as a result and we usually wont know until our staff arrive at the job.
